Learn about mindful eating, which is the practice of cultivating an awareness of our relationship with food and how it affects our bodies, our feelings and our minds. Join us to practice mindful eating techniques and learn skills to help move away from a dieting mentality toward a healthy relationship with food. This is part of Santa Clarita Public Library’s 2021 One Story One City program celebrating the book, “Eat Joy.”
